This is definitely a gem. In November 2022, I hosted a 3-day healing retreat and it exceeded all of our expectations, this is absolutely the perfect space for an intimate retreat. This beautiful property on the Trent River provides a fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful living room and dining room along with an incredible hot tub. The additional bunkies, provide a versatile space for guests and facilitators. Shamila’s attention to detail is bar none, it is the perfect balance of cozy yet professional. Thank you Shamila, you truly went over and above to ensure all of our needs were met and I can’t wait to host many more events in the upcoming months.

Exquisite lakefront cottage retreat equipped with paddle boards, canoe and peddle boat. Brand new furnishings with a feel of home. Excellent relaxation and meditative including hot tub and comfortable beds. Shamila is so warm and communicative who makes you feel like family. We felt really taken care of and enjoyed. Just a 20 min walk to the downtown with cute shops and restaurants. Will definitely want to visit again! Thank you Shamila for the best stay.

The resort is 1.5 hours east of Toronto and about 2.5 hours from Ottawa.
Does the place have internet?
Yes, the resort has high-speed internet.
Can I use the water toys?
Yes, multiple water toys are available for use. Please make sure you sign a waiver. We also have some life jackets available.
Will my party be sharing the property with other parties?
No the entire facility is available for yours and your group’s use.
Can I rent the place in the winter?
Yes, you can rent in the wintertime as well. We offer discounted rates for winter season.
Are there hiking trails?
Yes, there are multiple hiking trails, conservation areas within 5 -15 mins drive.
Can I buy food/drinks nearby?
Yes, there’s a ‘no-frills’ as well the gourmet grocery store nearby. You can go shopping once you arrive. You can also go to Campbellford Farmer’s Market for fresh fruits and vegetables.
Can I purchase artwork from the property?
Yes, we support multiple local artists, and you can purchase items that you see on the property.
