How the Retreat Works!
Morning Rituals
We make time to prepare you for a special day. Take a bit of time to meditate in a quiet bubble, sit on the dock, walk on the nearby trails/town, or journal. On some retreats we provide group yoga and meditation rituals
Activities (Optional)
We create specialized retreats as well as ‘escape the city and socialize’ retreats. Specialized retreats have a focus such as painting, writing, yoga, mediation, etc, Participate as much as you like with subject matter specialists
Just Relaxing and Being
Delicious Meals
Let us serve you in the best possible way. We will be serving you with beautiful meals and snacks. Fresh fruits and vegetables from the local markets, home-made bakeries, to keep the energy level high and happy
Reflection of the Day
There is ample time provided for you to reflect on your retreats. You may wish to sit on the dock, walk on the grounds, take a stroll in the nearby attractions, sit in the hot-tub or enjoy the views of the water from the bubble

If you would like to organize your own group and would like our support and assistance, we are here for you. Whether that is to organize groceries at your doorstep when you arrive or to show you various areas to explore
